Blue Cheese Dressing on Heirloom Tomatoes


1/3 cup mayo or Vegenaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup good blue cheese
2 Tablespoons buttermilk
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 small minced garlic
Blend all ingredients together and mix well. Refrigerate to meld flavors.
Slice Heirloom tomatoes, sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground pepper, drizzle with Blue Cheese Dressing.
