Roasted Grape Tomatoes with Feta Cheese

This perfect winter side dish comes together quickly for any main course dinner, such as lamb.
Roasted Grape Tomatoes with Feta Cheese
2 cups grape tomatoes
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
pinch of fresh pepper
1 Tablespoon fresh basil, sliced
1 Tablespoon feta cheese, crumbled

Preheat oven to 400F.
Line a baking sheet with foil and toss the tomatoes with olive oil and salt and pepper.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and toss with fresh basil.
Put tomatoes in a serving dish and top with feta cheese.
