Pineapple Green Drink

I have been making more of these every week, it is such a good way to get more vitamins and nutrition if not getting enough servings of vegetables. The green drinks are easy to make and the possibilities are endless.
Pineapple Green Drink

1 cup coconut water
1 cup baby spinach leaves
1 cup kale, stemmed removed
2 cups pineapple, trimmed, cored and chopped
1/2 granny smith apple
1 Tablespoon honey
1/2 cup crushed ice

Combine all ingredient in a blender and blend until smooth.

  1. Originally, I became interested in green drinks as an alternative to my numerous multi-vitamin and mineral supplements that I used to consume daily. I get protein, chlorophyll, fiber, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and other essential nutrients from them.
