|Sweet Onion Dip|
1 cup of best foods mayo or Vegenaise
1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup diced sweet onion
1 Tablespoon fresh cracked pepper
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine all ingredients together and mix well.
Spoon into baking dish and bake 40-50 minutes, until hot and top is golden brown.
Serve with crackers, chips, fresh vegetables or crostini.
