Peach Salsa over Grilled Salmon |
1/4 red bell pepper, diced
1 jalapeno, ribs and seeds removed, diced
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 lime, juiced
1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Fresh ground pepper, salt, to taste
In a bowl combine all ingredients together. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
