|Fresh Cranberry Sauce|
1 package (12 ounces) fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 Tablespoon orange zest
Place cranberries, sugar and orange juice in a saucepan over high heat until mixture comes to a boil.
Lower heat and simmer until cranberries start to pop. Cook about 10-15 minutes.
Remove from heat and add orange zest.
