Goat Cheese and Chive Scrambled Eggs |
4 large eggs, brought to room temp
1 Tablespoon butter
1 Tablespoon goat cheese, crumbled
salt and freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon fresh sliced chives
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk well.
Put the butter in a non stick pan over medium- medium low heat and melt completely.
Pour eggs into pan and stir, until almost cooked.
Dot the eggs with goat cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Stir and remove when finished.
Plate and top with chives.
