Creamy Green Smoothie |
2 cups almond milk
1 banana, frozen and cut
1 cup of spinach, packed
1/2 avocado
3 dates, pitted
Blend the milk, banana, spinach, avocado, and dates well, in a strong blender, such as a Vitamix.
Pour into 2 glasses
Note: maple syrup could be substituted for dates- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla added, if desired
